I'm speaking at Zagreb SEO Day, the full-day tactical conference organized by the team behind Croatia SEO Summit.
One room, 150 people, six to eight talks, and no filler — every session is built around what is working right now rather than what worked two years ago.
My slot is at 11:00.
The Great Blogging Collapse: What 100 Blogs Tell Us About Surviving AI Search
Between 2022 and 2026, I tracked 100 blogs, including their traffic, their revenue, and their visibility inside AI-generated answers. A fixed cohort, followed through the arrival of AI Overviews, the rise of assistant-led search, and the search behavior shift that came with both.
Most of them collapsed. Some did not. The difference between the two groups is the talk.

I'll walk through what the data actually shows: which categories fell hardest, which formats held their ground, and where the traffic went when it left. Then the more useful half — the structural traits shared by the sites that kept earning while their competitors' charts went vertical downward.
You'll leave with the dataset's findings, the framework behind them, and a way to measure whether your own properties are on the surviving side of the line.
