Affiliate Grand Slam takes place 2–5 November 2026 at Fiera Roma, Italy. The event is a multi-vertical affiliate and performance marketing conference, running during SiGMA World Summit week.
A ticket also gets you into SiGMA World, FXWorld, and AIBC, so affiliates, media buyers, brands, networks, and operators will all be in the same place for the same four days. I’ll be there as a media partner covering the event, even though CMS Conf in Gdynia is about ten days away, where I will be speaking.
Why I’m Going to Affiliate Grand Slam
Affiliate marketing is being reshaped faster than at any point in my 20 years in it. AI Visibility is absorbing the traffic that built most affiliate businesses, ranking in Google and capturing the click. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now decide which brands get recommended, often before a user ever sees a link.
That changes how affiliate sites earn, how programs recruit partners, and how digital assets are valued when they change hands.
At Affiliate World Budapest this summer, I ran “The Great SEO Reset,” a workshop speaking about this exact shift. I want to take that conversation further in Rome, with the people who live or die by performance numbers.
What I’ll Be Focused On
- AI Visibility for affiliates and brands. What it takes to get cited and recommended by AI search systems, and why being cited is replacing being ranked as the metric that matters.
- Digital asset deal flow. Buying, selling, and valuing affiliate and content businesses as traffic multiples are being rewritten.
- Multi-vertical partnerships. Where iGaming, fintech, Web3, and eCommerce affiliates overlap, and where new opportunities sit between those verticals.
Why Affiliate Grand Slam
As founder of Competico, a boutique advisory focused on AI Visibility and Competitive Intelligence, I spend most of my time helping digital businesses get discovered when search engines stop sending clicks.
Most affiliate businesses are still optimizing for a traffic model that’s eroding underneath them. Almost no one has a plan for LLM discoverability. AGS puts thousands of the people most exposed to that shift in one venue, and that’s the room where this conversation needs to happen.
If any of the following is on your roadmap, Rome is where we should talk:
- Protecting or rebuilding affiliate revenue as AI answers replace organic clicks
- Getting your brand or affiliate program recommended by AI search systems
- Buying, selling or valuing an affiliate or content business
- Building a partner acquisition strategy that doesn’t depend only on paid traffic
